Katie encourages her clients to be curious and present in their own bodies. She works in partnership with you to uncover the root cause of your individual struggle with movement, motivation and/or wellness and together you'll make a plan to breakthrough.
During your initial assessment, she will gather and record your health and exercise history, review your goals, and conduct a functional movement assessment.
Armed with a comprehensive understanding of where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go, she is able to engineer a strategy to get you there.
