Core Training for Back Pain

Persistent pain affects every aspect of your life. This program allows you to take an active role in your treatment. We start at the beginning and work the program systematically to make the greatest impact possible. Each session builds upon the last. You will feel stronger, more stable, and much less susceptible to injury. 

A progressive series of 4 x 90 min sessions

Session 1 - breathing, bracing & mindfulness
Session 2 - let's talk about corrective exercises
Session 3 - building a solid base 
Session 4 - move freely and find your flow

You do not need to dread exercise. In 12 years of practice, I've learned a thing or two about how to cut through all the nonsense and teach my clients the skills they need to live their best lives.
