Katie is a Kinesiologist by trade and a solution-seeker by heart.
She is all about creative and realistic interventions to optimize the physical health and well-being of her clients. When it comes to active rehabilitation and exercise therapy, you may be missing something and she finds that super exciting. Let her figure it out and teach you that thing. However, more often, it’s about recognizing what it is that you are doing and learning to do that thing differently. Either way, the kinesiology care you receive from her will be as individualized as you are. Katie loves to make movement fun. Let her find an uplifting (and effective) approach to help you convert your hurt, and shine your light.
